DJ Nader started Midnight DJ’s back in 1995 and still going strong. Until today a few of the DJ’s are still with Midnight DJs after all this time which really tells you something very positive. DJ Nader is a pioneer and event leader in teaching others the right way to DJ and MC especially weddings. Midnight DJ’s have performed at many different types of functions such as Engagement Parties, Birthday Party, Christenings, Baptisms, School events and corporate events. However, they absolutely love and specialise in Weddings.
Midnight DJs are a mobile DJ entertainment company. Unlike a club DJ who is stationed at one place and playing the same style of music to cater for that crowd! Midnight DJ’s play all types of music, going way back from 1920’s to today’s top chart hits. From Rock ‘n’ Roll to R ‘n’ B and House and dance music. Finally, of course also not forgetting the international music from around the world.
Absolutely YES. Your DJ can also act as your MC on the night.
Absolutely they do. This is important as it makes your guests feel special when they ask the DJ to play their favourite song and they do. However, they understand that not all requested songs are appropriate so without offending anyone they know how to handle bad song requests. They also ask every couple if this is what they want as many couples want the DJ to still to the requested songs by the Bride and Groom.
The MC duties are so much more than just talking on the microphone! As the MC (Master of Ceremonies or Host) they manage the entire night for you. Starting from when guests arrive to the last farewell circle goodbyes. After speaking with you and the venue they will write up a schedule with every event detailed throughout the night and make sure all the other suppliers are aware of what is happening and when it’s happening. They will manage everything for you. They will literally be your personal assistant on the night.
As standard they turn up with the full system comprising of the DJ Console, two speakers, Disco lights and a Mic for speeches. However, depending on the number of guests and type of event it’s very common they provide other items to enhance the night such as extra room mood lighting, extra speakers for a larger room and etc. Please talk to them today about your requirements.
5 hours is the standard for any event. However, we can stay as long as you want for an extra fee.
Yes, absolutely. In fact, when organising the night with you they will ask you what music would you like for the ” Main events”. For example: The bridal party walking in song, the Bride & Groom, walking in song, cutting of the cake, bridal dance, father & daughter dance and so on. They will also ask you what are some of your favourite songs that you would like played on the night. The services is totally customised to exactly what you want.
The DJ will arrive at least 2hrs before the start time of the event and be ready to go 30min before the doors are opened. However, if the ceremony will be conducted that morning in the same room we can organise set up before then. Please talk to DJ Nader.
Regardless of the type of occasion you are having, the very first thing you should book is the venue. Once you have booked the venue then please call Midnight DJ’s to discuss everything in detail and they’ll help you with making a booking. Please remember music at an event is everything. It’s what makes the night come alive. If you are organising a wedding, they highly recommend you contact Midnight DJ’s asap to avoid disappointment.
Midnight DJ’s is located in Craigieburn Victoria. They travel everywhere around Melbourne, Country Victoria, Interstate and even overseas if you’re having a destination wedding or event.
Part of the agreement when making a booking is that the DJ / MC Gets at least a main meal and soft drink. However, if it’s not in your budget we understand please just let us know as the DJ would be there approximately 7 hours so he or she can eat before arriving at your event.
When booking us to DJ or MC for you it will only be one person. However, if you hire another service from us like say a Photo Booth or Dried Ice then another person will be accompanying the DJ.
As mobile DJ’s our set up is very compact. We need a minim of 2mt X 2mt floor stage space.
Under normal circumstances they do need access to a power point. However, if you are having an outdoor event or in a marque and don’t have power, that’s not a problem at all as Midnight DJ’s can organise a power generator for everything. If you are having a wedding ceremony outdoors and Midnight DJ’s are providing the music that’s not a problem at all as they always stay up to date with their sound equipment and thus will provide a battery operated PA system.

Yes, Midnight DJ’s also offers the following and more. Ceremony Music, Open Style Photo Booth, Dry Ice and Sparks for the entrance into the venue and Bridal Dance, Venue and Room Up-Lighting, Smoke Machine and Disco Lighting Show. There are also a few other things they offer to customise your night so please feel free to chat with DJ Nader.
Firstly, please contact DJ Nader on 0411 569 505 to check availability and to discuss specifics. DJ Nader will then send you a link to the online booking form for you to fill out and submit. A small deposit is required to secure your booking. A confirmation letter will then be emailed to you with everything in writing and let the fun begin!
