TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • All prices are inclusive of GST.
  • In order to secure your booking a $200 minimum deposit must be made with this form which is NON refundable.
  • In the case of a cancellation 30 days before the function date the full balance will be payable.
  • The DJ or Host/Hostess to be supplied at least one main meal and Soft drink on the night. No alcohol or smoking permitted.
  • Any damage to the DJ’s or Photo Booth equipment caused by any of the patrons or guests will be the full responsibility of the applicant/ person who has hired us or filled out this booking form agreement. It is the hirer’s responsibility to pay for damages in full within 7 working days.
  • Any equipment failure cased by power failure from the venue – Midnight DJ’s & Midnight Photo Booth are not liable nor is the hirer.
  • The DJ, Host/Hostess will arrive approximately 60 minutes before the start time to set up (not included from the hours booked)
  • Our service starts from the start time of the event start time not when we arrive at the venue.
